Internet Chapter - Welcome
Thank you for visiting the public website of the Internet Holy Royal Arch Chapter No. 9659 on the register of the Supreme Grand Chapter of England. We bring together Companions from across England, Wales, and the wider international community of Royal Arch Masonry.
I had the honour of being installed as First Principal on the 20th of March 2026. This unique Chapter is attached to Internet Lodge No. 9659, noted for its international membership, where I served as Master in 2022-2023.
The Chapter convenes thrice per year. Our Installation convocation is held annually in March in Salford, followed by two additional convocations in August and October at varying locations across England and Wales.
Our origins are rooted in the preservation of a historic yet declining Chapter, the Manchester Epworth Chapter No. 3921.
Joining the Royal Arch (or 'Chapter') is the fourth and final stage in Pure Antient Masonry, as defined in the Act of Union of 1813 that created the current United Grand Lodge of England. Through a spectacular, colourful, and dramatic ceremony of Exaltation, you complete your Masonic journey and recover the genuine secrets of a Master Mason.
Anyone who has been a Master Mason for four weeks in a Craft Lodge on the register of or recognised by the United Grand Lodge of England would be most welcome to join us.
